Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Limit of 2 pets per home, with a combined weight limit of 75 pounds.
Non-refundable pet fee is $250-$500.
Monthly pet rent.
Cats: $25 monthly
Dogs: $25 monthly under 30 pounds, $50 monthly over 30 pounds
